Is it worth a buy? I downloaded the demo for my Ps3 and have been playing it religiously because it's so much fun to just hold up stores and run from the cops Unfortunately you can only free roam for 10-12 minutes in a very limited part of the city. The demo mission was pretty sweet though. But I'm more of a free-roam guy. I dunno. I find this game fun because it's set in the late 40s early 50s (to my knowledge), and I enjoy old-timey set games. But I just want to get an opinion from someone who has played it in full and can tell me what the full experience is. I've heard it has an excellent story. So basically what I'm asking for are pros and cons of the game. Thanks, Radar
I liked it so I would recommend it, the story is really good and it sounds like you already like the mechanics. At this point try to get the director's cut which comes with all of the DLC, I haven't had a chance to play them yet but I've heard it adds quite a bit to the game and lets you do more in the open world (which addresses one of the major complaints, outside of the main missions there's not much to do). The opening level actually takes place during Operating Husky but I don't know how historical it is.
