New book coming out in 2012 about German Wehrmacht and civillian atrocities ?

I am pretty sure I read somewhere that a new book was coming out in 2012 and it will deal with soldiers in the German Army
and civillian atrocities.Did anyone read about this ? And if so what is the title of book and the Author.
I know this is vague but I am sure that something good and interesting is coming out.
Wish I had wrote it down.
