Does anyone have information on the number of people under German control? You'd think it would be available, but I've had no luck finding it. Thanks.

    Well, it depends.

Is Bulgaria, a country allied with German and sending troops to support the Invasion of the Soviet Union, count?

Do you mean under Axis control?

Is Vichy France, considered "under German control" during the early days?

    What year?

A rough idea can be gained by looking at the Wikipedia demographic figures for the various nations conquered.

Also does this figure included , partisans , Resistants , deserteurs and others who technically were not controlled by the Nazis?

    On 21 june 1941,it would be some 90 million : Denmark + Norway : 7 million,Belgium +Holland : 18 million;France : 25 million,,Poland : 25 million,Czechia: 7 million,and than,the German occupation zones in Yugoslavia and Greece:10 million..

Later would be added : 65 million in the USSR,15 million from Vichy France and 25 (?) million of occupied Italy .
