Russian invasion of Manchuria 1945

Hello all,

I have been researching for a scale model project the Russian invasion of Manchuria on August 9th, 1945. I have been able to identify the tank army that took part in that invasion, the 6th Guards Tank Army. My vignette will be from a photo I saw in a book awhile back of a Russian JSU-153 SPG passing an abandoned Japanese tankette, unfortunately the markings were obscured by the Russian infantry riding on top of this vehicle. I was hoping someone here with more knowledge or research sources could direct me to any info of what the markings would have been on a vehicle of thuis type and from this particular tank army.
