John Mcain, Marco Rubio, Victoria Nuland, Samantha Powers, Soros, Paul Ryan are all NeoCons. All share the same Geopolitical view. They are very powerful individuals with a lot of pull. The head of the CIA is a NeoCon.

These are the people who Bernie and Trump want to rid off. It is also why they back Hillary (she is a Hawk).

Which hardly supports your original statement. That there will be clashes between many of the groups involved is hardly surprising although it is regrettable. However the Pentagon didn't send in Green Berets to support Kurdish forces that were fighting the CIA backed ones. They were sent in to help Kurds who were fighting Daesh and who later had a few exchanges with the CIA backed groups. You can find similar events in WWII without looking very hard.

 

I'm afraid the exchanges aren't as "few" as one may like to believe.
