    I'm finding this a fascinating and enlightening read about Poland before and during WWII.

    I'd say it's pretty objective in it's portrayal of Poland's history, not romanticizing or embellishing it, nor understating it.

    It's a very interesting to read how this allied nation had a very different experience than the other allied nations did. I can't recommend it enough to anyone who has an interest in the beginning of the European Theater of WWII.
