Surely that would make it a "small country estate"?
A "large country estate" would be Brazil :p

ricky , what happened to that famous british habit of understatement ? i happen to know for a fact that there are large sections of ireland which are at present not under your direct controll . a careful survey with google earth reveals the vastness of ricky's rather impressive holdings , the outer perimiter of which is easily discerned by the tumbled down shanties of evicted papist boggies .in his defense it should be pointed out that sir ricky has provided workhouses and treadmills for the use of these displaced potatoe farmers .for those few who are willing to work ,anyway ...

of course the million plus peasants of roelvainia were born into a serfdom that dates back to the original and infamous " roel , the impaler " though these people have been overrun by vikeings ,huns ,mongols ,tarters ,turks ,nazis and the red army , they still plainly fear the masters of castle roelstein more than anything of this world and drop to their knees while makeing the sign of the cross whenever the name "roel " is spoken out loud .
