If you are insinuating by this that gays are sinners, then we cartainly disagree. I really don't think Jesus cared wether people were gay or not.

He had no qualms at sitting at the same table with public 'sinners', at least as seen at the time, but He certainly drew a strong line at paedophiles, which is beside the point.

    Peppy,
On another thread you said that you are "a devout Christian." However, after making such a statement like the one above I can't help but wonder just what kind of "devout Christian" you really are. Homosexuality is a peculiar sin; a peculiar abomination to God. Jesus did sup with these types of people I'm sure but, that never changed the fact that they were sinners. You remind me of a college professor in a religion class I took. This guy had a doctorate in religion but was one of the most lost, decieved, God-less men I have ever known. Perhaps you should put the bong down, blow the dust off of your bible and start reading again.

God I hate religious fundamentalists, particularly ones who seem to think homosexuality is worse than killing someone...

I only came on the thread because I saw someone mention black pudding.

Let's talk about black/blood pudding rather than bigoted proselytising, far more interesting. Maybe we could even squeeze in a reference or two to the War?

Helped make some once, the single most shocking culinary experience I've ever had... gory is not a strong enough word.

    Still ate it though.

This sketchy little assertion is rather disturbing:

Was there ever a blood surplus?

Anyway, there is also over here a chicken rice seasoned with the chicken's blood plus vinegar. And also not to be forgotten one of the most expensive fish dishes is lamprey, in it's blood as well.

Still speaking of blood, Central Asia nomads dink a mixture of mare's milk and blood. I wander what it tastes like...

Jesus made drugs out of water my friend, yes alcohol is a drug. Also I appreciate the compliment, I to believe that I am as smart as a college professor! ;) Bong or no, I get my information from as many books as possible, not just one. Maybe you should put down your blinders and blow the dust off the rest of the books in the world, you might learn something. I'm closing this thread, and know that the only reason I'm not giving you a warning for insulting me is that you just got one in another thread, and it would be a conflict of interest.
