    Hey all!

In my construction class we were allowed to build whatever we wanted as a project, so I decided to build a ship. This being my first time I decided I'd start with something a bit smaller, so I settled for the Leberecht Maass. Therefore it's also pretty simplistic (going to add camo and torpedo racks however), but all in all I'm pretty happy that it just didn't snap in two.

My neighbor gifted me two wooden ships when I was younger, and I never really took much note of them until now. When I googled their names, I was happy to find out they were both historically DKM ships! Figured I'd just throw them in.

First the Horst Wessel as the in American service. Ignore the life boat that fell off :p

And lastly the Gorch Fock in its Bundesmarine era.

Thank you! I hope to be building a collection in the near future.
