Skunk nailed it. I believe the extra armor on the gun mantlet can distinguish it from a J, and it can't be an M since it still has the turret...

I believe 91 Elefants were converted from the Porsche chassi and they were used pretty extensively during the Kursk and Dnieper battles in 1943....
