    Though I think some kind of raptor is the right answer.
    Are we talking a single "finger" or the "whole hand"? Also does front or back legs matter?

    I'd almost think you're talking about a megalodon, but I assume we are talking claws, not fins.

    ok a little clue:
    arms were 2.45 mtrs long
    the claw was .70 mtrs long!!!!!

    No like I said before it is a really hard question, also since only couple bones were found I doubt many people would know the name.
