Canceling to My Account

hello everybody.
I joined to this forum for show to people hows Turkish perspective about ww2 and some historical events
I m from Turkey and i am a history teacher.
I thought that this forum is best and people objective here and they dont judge each other about some historical events.
But i just understood that i m wrong
After my Hocali Genocide threat, moderation closed to my thread.
And in this threat people judged and attacked on me with uninterested topics.
I just wanted to tell to people What happend in Hocali???
How innocent women, babies, kids, old people killed by Armenian Troops by helping Russian Troops.
But this massacre disturbed alot of people and they answered me with Armenian Genocide topic?
It means was that ? Armenians was killed by Ottomans and in Hocali just 620 people killed by Armenians and They deserves???
Right?

Maybe my different perspective disturbed to some people in this forum.
I m not angry on them ofcourse, coz they put their views from same and one side.
Coz they learned about my history from one side and perspective.

Why different and unusual views or perspective disturb to people here?
Why does everybody attack to my views?
Coz of new and different perspective? Sorry but historical events cant judge from one side in history department.
Everybody must respect to different ideas, views and perspectives.

I m totally sure now people's perspective about Turkish and Turkish history.
We are barbarian, We are killer and We are animal???
If innocent Turkish people killed by Armenians, Chines and Serbians its not important? Coz they were Turkish and muslim.
In 2011 people still have prejudice about Turkish people, It reminds me Middle Age of Europe and The Crusaders.
I m really so sorry to see racist people here.

But history never forgive that kind of people who belives lie and propaganda.

ANY thread that makes (some) people abuse each other instead of discussing it nicely will be sent to the latrine. Simple as that. Been that way,will be that way. No need to take it personally....

 

I don't see the need for this type of behavior by the OP. Now he is going through all of his messages and replacing them with "CENSORED".

This is a community, not a 'battleground' where you have to view everything has an attack, and then resort to destroying the "evidence". But, do as you wish. No one is forced to stay, and there is nothing wrong with leaving quietly and in a distinguished fashion.

 

Many forums remove the option to edit after 24 or 48 hours - to prevent exactly that type of abuse

 

A drivel filled departure rant, openly criticizing the Moderation Team and now removing your own posts.....I guess that's a pretty good way to ensure your account is cancelled.

 

But...eckythump...censored maybe changed to withdrawn I should think..Gives an incorrect impression..newbies may not post..if they think they will be censored..is this a software label that can be altered?

 

Oh for crying out loud. I know historians are a tempermental bunch, but this is just silly...

 

Come on! That "Hocali Genocide" wasn´t military history, it had the smell of politics all over it. Wrong forum but otherwise tolerable. Calling the Armenian genocide a lie was really crossing a line as far as I´m concerned.

 

TW, there are more proper ways to disagree with the OKF's decision to close your thread. I assure you that calling the entire forums membership "racist" is not one of them.I left this open a while, but it has no more use. Closed
