Kai Petri, Turn off your TV! It is not good for your eyes to watch so much! Sunday 15,10 (Swedish time) Mats
Ferrari taking positions 1 and 2. Massa winning. Kimi second. And a great fourth place by Kovalainen.
I found it a flat race. Well, well LH dose another silly stunt that cost him a 10 second penalty, someone please give LH a copy of the rule book to read.
Are the smell of burning tyres in the air it must be the British GP weekend. And here is some British news............... David Coulthard announces his retirement The Official Formula 1 Website British Grand Prix at Donington Park from 2010 http://www.formula1.com/news/headlines/2008/7/8039.html
David, you´re too young to quit....no, I did not say too fast.... BTW, David remember? You forgot to turn right...?! YouTube - 1995-Adelaida-Accidente de David Coulthard Anyway, great career if you think how many drive for such a long time! Well done!
I did not like the race....under such circumstances it isn´t always your driving skills that show if you can drive in rain or not. No points for Ferrari making a horrible mistake with weather tactics! Anyway great victory for Hamilton and congrats for that! Massa was definitely the king of spins, I reckon he did some eight or nine spins. Not so much a fan of Kimi as with Heikki this season but I thought Heikki would have deserved more. And Kimi showing who´s the boss here. Don´t stand on my equipment! YouTube - Raikkonen rude with a photographer If Senna had done this in his time it would have been considered normal behaviour....
Well I liked it made the race far more interesting. I wonder if LH is the new rain man taking over from MS, we shall see.
We went to Silverstone on Sunday to watch the race. My wife and I arrived there at 7am and set up our seats on the banking at Club Corner. It only took an hour from our house to the carpark and hour and twenty minutes to go back home. No trouble with traffic at all . We then got rained on until the sun came out about 2.30pm. It was our first Grand Prix, even though we've been fans for 11 years we haven't had the spare money to be able to go, a shame that it won't be at Silverstone for much longer. I'll post a few photos and images when I've uploaded them to Photobucket. I was really pleased that Heikki wa son Pole, I think I was the only British fan to give Lewis the "V" sign when he went past Heikki.

Two views of me & Mrs . A bit miserable under the brolly. Happy the sun came out and we've just been to the GP Party. Saw lots of drivers being interviewed.
Didn't spend much money at the GP, just 4 cups of tea at £1.70 a cup. Mrs bought a Nico Rosberg t-shirt & I bought this Heikki one. Not very good at supporting the British drivers are we? PS.......can you tell I was quite excited about going?
