    May I introduce you all to the marvellous blog of a German friend of mine by the name of Rob Schaefer?

    The latest post is the start of Rob's journey in telling of his Grandfather's war and it is an extremely moving testimony.

    I completely agree with Lou. Its fascinating to read and also very sad. It's all too easy to forget that there were many "regular guys" fighting on the other side.
