    Welcome to the Forum, Lt. Pineapple. The history of World War II in the Netherlands is quite important to me as it is where my Father spent much of his service. I know he - and my Mum - had great fondness toward the Dutch people he met there. At the thread Sharing Documents from WWII - I posted a letter from Riet Braam (whose family billeted my Dad) which she had written to my Mother.
