Just posted a postcard from my hometown and a picture of myself in NCO infantery tunic.

That must be cool. Heh heh heh--the only one of the Texas trio to fit into my Artillerie majors tunic--and just barely--was Greg. Maybe I should make a copy of it and send it.

To be honest the tunic cannot be closed. I can only wear it open.

Heh heh heh--neither Gary or myself could even begin to imagine trying on my Arty Majs tunic--and Greg--tho he fit into it decently--had a somewhat tight fit in it. Of course--we all could wear the Peaked Visored Hat. :D

Many, many thanks to everyone of you! I really appreciated each one of your cards, letters and other presents.

Carl, I promise I'll start reading "Soldat" tomorrow. It looks like an amazing book! ;)

Soldat was very enjoyable--and I was hard-pressed to put it down.
