    According to the BBC, a number of recipients of the Victoria or George Cross have been honored on a series of posters in the London Underground. This is a very smart way to teach the public about these courageous individuals.

    Thanks for that, DWD - I live here, and I was totally unaware of it.....but then, I rarely use the Victoria Line.

    A worthwhile initiative, especially given the publicity which the VC has received this week.
