    no, just a prototype light tank - maybe intended to mount a larger gun later but didn't happen, got a turret instead.

    Looks like the H35 running gear, though with plates over the 'springs'.

    The one in the pic seems to have three return rollers though...

    you are correct - it is the early H-35 running gear, although the actual vehicle depicted had a different designation ....

    I'll see if we get any humorous guesses first :)

    and it certainly counts as far as this quiz goes. it's armoured, self propelled and you could fire weapons from inside it.
