The numbers of volunteers for the Panzer Corps rose dramatically after the launch of their new advertising campaign.

 

In the last days of the Reich, many units of the German Army had to learn to cope with shortages that would cripple most units. Here, in a typical impromptu situation, a Panzer is crewed by the staff of the HQ Stenography unit, without even being issued their full uniform.

 

Oddly, nobody complained when the strict race restrictions on joining the ranks of the SS heavy Panzer Companies were removed.
