    Maybe something to do with the OKH figures....

    By 8 July 1941, OKH estimated that the Russians had only 46 combat-worthy divisions left; by 23 July this figure had risen to 93 divisions....( to be continued ).

    Interesting how he changed his mind 1 month later as proven by the quotes provided above and how he only held his job for only 1 more year after, as he was fired in 42' for being " too soft ".... then sent to prison camps.
