From WWII called PTAB-2.5-1.5. I don't know the weight, but the Il-2 could carry 192 of them som they couldn't have been too heavy. Described as one of the most effective anti-tank weapons carried by the Il-2, but I know little about else about it.

A small misunderstanding on my part. The hollow-charge bomb came in two versions, one 1.5kg bomb and one 2.5kg bomb. The name was just PTAB.
