"Gone Fishin' " By Aaron Ruben.

In case one does not recognize that title, it's the whistled tune at the beginning and ending of every episode of: The Andy Griffith Show.

Thank you Jeff, makes it much easier on me now ;-))

I heard: "Alone Again" by: Gilbert O'Sullivan, as I was driving here today. Nice song I have not heard in ages.

As I left here for home last night, they played: "Edmond Fitzgerold." Does anyone remember that song? That's another oldie but goodie, that I have not heard in decades.

After the shooting incident I guess I have been looking for certain kind of sad and "inspirational" songs....

Like Heaven 17 in the early 80´s

    Let´s all make a bomb

And as the low aggress the high
All you can do is sit and cry
You've only got yourself to blame
Don't try to stop me it's too late
My mind's made up, this job won't wait
There's nothing left for me to say

Hey! There's no need to debate
It's time to designate your fate
Take the M out of M.A.D.
    Let's all make a bomb

Take one hundred scientists or more
Place in a room and lock the door
Let them confer for half their lives
Unlock the door, go in and see
What they have made for you and me
A brand new toy to idolize

Hey! There's no need to debate
It's time to designate your fate
Take the M out of M.A.D.
    Let's all make a bomb

Although the war has just begun
Ignore the sirens, let's have fun
Put on your best, go out in style
    Although our future's looking black
We'll go down town and join the pack
    Let's celebrate and vaporise

    or by the same band

(we Don`t Need This) Fascist Groove Thang

On the way over here today, I was pleasantly surprised to here on the radio - Gene Autry's signature song: "Back in the Saddle Again" which was sung by the man in black-Johnny Cash. Great song by the way. :snoopy:

Hi E, no telling? I could ask my ex-girlfriend since that's her kind of music. One of her favorites to listen to is a group called: "Puddle of Mud." Darn, where-n-heck do they get their names from?

I don't know the title of it but, I listened to the theme music for: The Winds of War. That piece of music is some beautifully Orchestrated music. IF I ever get a cellphone, i'd have that theme as my ringtone.
