    David, only because I'd never heard of Kohoutec/Kahoutec and looked it up on Google as I always do if I don't know any word.Then I saw that 'Kohoutec' was a group that played at the Pitzer Music Fest and Kohoutec was the chap that discovered the comet from Hamburg Observatory! So.....Hamburg or Pitzer!
    (I bet you really wanted to know that!)
    Still can't see any point in throwing any two words in at random with no connection to preceding words.
