The GO's, General Orders, either from the Department of the Army (DA) or War Department(WD), and they don't go into that kind of detail. For the most part it authorizes the issue of an award and does not describe the actions. Sounds like what you are looking for is After Action Reports or Aircraft Casualty Reports (MACR). The site I linked to earlier should get you in touch with someone who has what you are looking for.

That is a link to Group losses on 4 March 1944 over Berlin. It shows him being part of the crew for the B17 "Miss Carriage" A/C 231249. What is absent is the first 2 digits of the aircraft number.

Further searching in that site came up with this page:

an abstract of the MACR showing that the plane he was on was A/C 42-30170. There are also a few details of the plane getting shot down.

Here is a link to a site AAIR, and the page 42-30170 is listed on, that you can order the full MACR:

ok formerjughead. I have what I think is all the info on him. I was mainly referring to the GO but if it don't list actual incidents then I think I have everything. I have been to 100thbg.com a million times and have all of that you listed. I want to thank you sir so very much for your time and research but I probably have everything im going to get.
