Now that's one unforgettable movie for me. I remember being scared when I first saw this film.
Just watched the director's cut of the Big Red One with my Dad.

I watched the remake of "The Omega Man", the one with Will Smith. It wasn't so good.

Last night I watched the first installment of the new HBO series "Treme", (pronounced Tre-may). It wasn't too good either. I have no idea what idea they were trying to get across, but what I got out of it was why so much of certain areas of New Orleans is still just like it was the day after Katrina came to town.

    For King and Empire:
Baptism of Fire and Slaughter and Sacrifice. They were about the CEF's involvement in the battles of Second Ypres and the Somme

Sometimes It's nice to go back and watch your favorite films over and over. Some movies you never get tired of watching

Oh and forgot, as I just bought a copy of a Gary Cooper Wesrtern classic on DVD "Hai Nuhn" (thats) High Noon to Yankess  that will be the next movie watched.

I understand it did not do well in the States and most likely be a flop here.
