The Military "Definition" of Rogue is Operating Outside Normal or Desirable Controls aka Going Off The Reservation.

And while there are plenty of Fine Rogues here there are a few True Rogues, me being a prime example, getting B Itch Slapped all too often.
- 5 time I recall in the last week alone, half in PMs by some of the polite (Finer) Rogues here. (This after a hiatus of this for a year or two, me cleaning up my act big time.)

True Rogues here also REFUSE to Pin their Location on our Members Map
Nor will they enter their Location, Expertise, Area(s) of Interest and / or Translation Abilities in their Profile and / or Signature (Sig.)
True Rogues also do not give one whit about spelling, punctuation, presentation, white space et cetera nor about correcting factual errors they inadvertently let slip in.

True Rogues are also renowned for constantly PMing requests to our Admin, Trustees and Moderators asking for trivial changes that often take
punishing amounts of time doing research, digging and fine tuning to implement / correct in ± Apache / MySQL / Phpbb ± + +... ?
including inquiries to the Board's Corporate Provider aka Invision Power Services - or more often as Q & A's on it's Forum Owner ONLY accessible Support Forums.
(our tenure there ending mid 2016 thankfully - yet MORE work for our Admin / Forum Owner: Otto Torriero)

For sure Skipper. That's the caveat here.
