PM me as well. I think I can squeeze some in. I have no area of interest, so anything that needs doing, I'll do. Do you want to handle this by email?
As someone who enjoys being a member of both ww2talk & this site could I ask this one of the mods who are in the same boat ? Noticed yesterday (and today) that the ww2talk site was "off air" between the hours of 07:10 & 07:40. Last week and certainly for some time before that, it would have been off air between 08:00 & 08:30 Have I missed a notice from the mods saying that this would happen ? Ron
I'll get back to you guys later to day, it's my day in the blender, so I have to bounce around a bit. Coherency pends first caffeine intake.

Okay, time to reveal a big secret. We have a forum for volunteers, hyperwar-ghq.com. We use to this to keep who's doing what straight and to help volunteers find information on what is needed to be done to the files. Anybody who want to check it out, just register there. An admin will have to approve your registration but that's always within 24 hours. I hope some of you will find something interesting in our collection, we have 200+ gigs of files online now and maybe 10-15 gigs waiting to be added and indexed. Our mission is to get these files "out of the darkness" and out where other people can use them.
You got it. I don't have the "unbound" document listed, there are too many of them, 16 banker boxes right now. But you'll find a link to the list of Patrick's bound books there if you look around. Just remember, we don't put copyrighted books online. That still leaves a lot of books, including a few hundred tech manuals. I did one on US Army executions a few years ago.
I torment the inmates at WW2Talk quite regularly. I used to visit Axis History Forum, but it has been so long since I was last there, I don't remember my username. Several years ago I posted at another nameless forum that was was not necessarily a WWII forum, but had a WWII section. The discussion was banal, so I eventually sauntered off and never went back. I'll take a look at your forum, Larry. I think I talked about helping transcribing, but I got to writing my book and available time sorta dried up for me
I'll check it out later, I have a campfire howl tonight, enter thing booked by a family group for a kid's birthday. "You can't get this at Wal-mart."
This forum is basically it for me. I am a member of WW2Talk as well, but rarely visit. I occasionally read milsurps.com, but have never posted. Years ago I was a member of a WWII armored vehicle forum ('something'.cz maybe?), but haven't visited in years. As a side note, I just realized that WW2F is at the top of my 'frequent visited websites' list. How many others have achieved this? Or is it just a sad indicator that I spend too much time here?
Ditto, Me Too. I think?! If I don't show up let me know. Told you I'm easily confused But remember; ww2f comes first & I'm mainly doing this as a good excuse to go buy a new computer
As I was going up the stair, I met a Biak who wasn't there. He wasn't there again today, I wish I wish he'd try to register again.
Third times a charm, I did it right, I think I hit the mark. Now when I get the confirmation, I'll get to work or at least I'll start. boy that was lame. Those last couple of questions threw me I am Human really I am.
Here and Army Air Forces....also pass through a few of the other sites that have been listed, hit Fold3 quite a bit.
