We have a brown spicey mustard made by Zatarains here in Louisiana. Don't know if it is available up north, but give it a try if you come across it up there.

Good luck on the hotdog wagon. Depending on your selling location, I believe you can do pretty good with that idea. I know of several entrepeneurs that did pretty well for themselves doing that. Construction sites, office buildings, and after hours outside of bars are good locations to scout. Let us know how you do with it.

That sounds better, as if it ain't spicey it ain't mustard, the Southeners will understand :)

One of my favourites is Maille's old fashioned mustard

I like Hillshire Farms Hot Links with Gulden's spicy brown mustard on a crusty roll. J'ville used to make what they called Texas Hots that were excellent, but I think they discontinued them.

Zatarains makes some good rice mixes in a box (I know this is off topic). My favorites are Red Beans and Rice and Jambalaya. We had that last night with the hot links and shrimp. Good stuff. I'll have to look for the mustard.

That looks like our Zatarain's mustard. Zatarain's has a horse-raddish flavor to it. How is that one flavored? It looks good. And now I am going to have to burn some brats on the grill too! There goes the diet!

Mustard is good for you....haven't you heard, it's chock full of vitamins....

Nah, not really, it's a pretty common condiment in the states, along with catchup (catsup) and mayonaise. It just tastes good. And it makes good stains on your shirt.

Zatarain's makes a mean spicey mayo too....It's excellent in potato salad too!

I too hate mustard-that is-except for the Honey-Mustard sauce you can get at either Chilis and Bennegans :yum: :yum: Gimme Miracle Whip anyday!

PS-I usually eat my Pommes Frites the German way-mit mayo :yum:
