    How about adding "RTF" to the lingo list. It stands for "report to follow" in official usage to document specific activity. Here in the forums it could be for a short narrative for a book or a movie. Some other possible lingo items are as follows;

    AAR - after action report
    For a book or movie, museum visit or flaming a troll.

    NTI - nothing to it
    A book or a movie was reviewed and it was a BOMB.

    NAT - neccessary action taken
    Could have mutiple usages, moderator action for example.

    I will add more as I remember them.

    I think we badly need to update the venerable RTFM (that was the bane of programmers forums when we still had hardcopy documentation) with something like TGF! (Try Google First!) so as to have a quick, standard, and not too impolite answer for the "was Hitler German?" sort of posts. We may actually hold a competition for the best acronym.
    IMO this should be reseved for people who have at least 10 posts to their credit, after all what may look obvious to a veteran may not be to an aspiring recruit so he/she should get a second chance but thats'a a personal opinion.
