Yes, they were always spotless and pressed. And no matter what happened, he never lost his bus driver's hat. Let Kingcat take it, it's his first win here.
I didn't realize this was "Who Wants to be a Millionaire". However, since you asked, that is my final answer.
Kingcat has to acknowledge your successful answer. The ball is in his court still, so here we sit until he shows back up.
Yes it was "The Longest Day". Would you like to try for a "Bonus Question"?.................what were the actors that spoke those lines? "Double Bonus Question".......what were their characters?
No bonus questions allowed here Mr. Funnyman....You are holding up progress and hogging the thread dude! Save your bonus questions for when it is your turn again please. You are killing TD Tommy here.
I'm not dead yet. That bonus question would have taxed my feeble mind a bit too much, I'm afraid. This one will probably be way too easy, but here goes. "Free the French and kill the Germans."
Thanks for the correction. Getting a FAIL on my first movie quote is a rather inauspicious start. I actually thought that's what was said, but didn't think it made much sense. I guess I should have researched it more rather than trying to make sense of it.
Try going to imdb.com to clarify movie quotes. Lots of good stuff there. So it's "Feed the French and kill the Germans" still on the board. Any takers? Come on Kingcat, get back into the game.
I'm beginning to think Formerjughead and A-58 are holding their fire in order to give the novice WW2 movie quoters (like me!) a chance to get in the game. Very sportsmanlike, guys.
Glad to help out. We hammer each other pretty good from time to time though. This is a good thread to kill time and work out writer's block on.
I had to Google it, so I won't answer. Knew I'd heard the quote before, but was surprised which movie I'd heard it in.
