This is going to be good...

    Gets ready for the 45th.

President Barack Hussein Obama is by far my favourite. I love his speeches and his sense of humour, he is a much loved US president the world over, and he took care of Osama Bin Laden...

but now Donald Trump is the President elect, even though their politics are different, I've got to admit, I do like the guy and personally, I hope he sticks to a couple of his campaign promises, like this 45% tariff on China, and making it more cost effective to scare companies and production BACK into America for companies selling in America making in Mexico..

cough cough...Barry was a good president? I'd have voted for him- first term, but not a second.
...Am curious- can anyone name 1 good thing he did?
Because i can only think of bama care fail, Iran bribe/nuke fail, Mid East fail, isis, terrorism fail, etc.

Trump ain't no angel, and won't (hopefully) become a soros puppet, like hillary was.

My most prized presidential memorial consists of a pisspot once used by Chester A. Arthur. That's the white ceramic object over the shotgun in the picture below. I purchased it from a service station/antique shop in Biloxi run by an old guy known as Honest Clem, who vouched for every antique, when he was sober.

I think it time for the people of the USA to thank Scotland. 75% of your presidents have Scottish heritage. We are such a generous nation.

I still remember reading the forward to The Steel Bonnets and the comments about Nixon's inauguration.

With all due respect Ben I have absolutely no idea where you get the notion Scotland wishes it was American. We were lucky enough to make it to the shores of the US & Canada after being driven off by the clearances of the highlands or poverty/famine.

I want to make Hillary great again.
If she's done wrong, serve her time, come out, turn it around.

    http://www.hughhewitt.com/captain-jerry-hendrix-ramping-shipbuilding-looks-like/

Retired Navy Captain and Naval Think Tank analyst, Jerry Hendrix, discusses the plan for a 350 ship Navy with 12 carrier task groups. New Virginia Class Subs, Arleigh Burke Destroyers and Littoral Combat ships. Probably takes 12 years and we may not get it all but if we ever need it and don't have it - we don't want to see the result.

That depends. Have they been dead for 100 years?

Good song, Tommy. Most of them are still alive, allegedly. This was their only indie hit and KROQ played it a lot in L.A. Pretty small genre couple steps left of main stream music scene, good nevertheless, IMO.

Bow to your knowledge MrRK. ..Am wondering about how hypersonic missiles/ massed attack may make battlegroups/carriers vulnerable now...maybe a number of small carriers with drones would be a better route?

Thanks, buddy. I read about some submerged buoys that can be placed anywhere. They can be summoned to the surface and an encapsulated drone can be deployed.

USN and probably others are flight testing drones on carriers, still in the early stages.

Can we get a kraken drone? That'd be so cool.
